Find us inside Holistic Animal Hub at Unit 2/5 Channel Rd, Mayfield West NSW 2304 (Next door to Pet Shop Boyz). It is the first building on the left hand side of the road, after a grassy area.

So you've booked an appointment with one of our vets. What do you need to know? Holistic Animal Hub is right next door to Pet Shop Boyz. You can turn left into the driveway and find a number of parks to the left marked with a number 2. Next to the car park is a grassy area you can use to walk and toilet your dog before entering the building. Some of our nervous and reactive patients will wait outside here until they get the all clear to come on through.
Enter through the glass doors and say hi to one of our friendly team members at reception. Help yourself to water or let them know if you'd like a hot cuppa tea or coffee. You can weigh your dog or ask our team for help. Cats can be weighed inside the consulting room. Toilets are also in the corner next to the scales.
Take a seat and wait for the vet to greet you. You can check out our retail areas if you have a little time to pass.
